A stunning rare, collectors stone. Discovered relatively recently in 1989, paraíba tourmalines (also known as cuprian tourmalines) are among the world's most prized gemstones.

These rare gems are renowned for showing intense blue colors. They are found in the Paraiba region of Brazil. They owe their colour to traces of copper and command some of the highest prices per carat for any gemstone in the world.

Melee (small round) Paraiba stones sell for much greater prices than white diamonds. This stunning 1.65 carat oval cut natural Paraiba tourmaline certified by one of the most trusted gem labs in the world, IGI. It is brand new and sealed.
